Hello everybody! This video will show you how to learn rollerskating on these roller-skates. At first we will learn how to do forward stroke. When doing forward stroke, you have to use your
knees. Your body should be upright, don´t lean forward or backward your weight will cause you to lose
your balance and fall. So… Knees down and push forward. If you are interested in some tricks, I think, the easiest is squatting. You should start with stroking. When practising this for the first time, try just – stationary squats. It´s important to
keep balance, put your arms in front of you. More difficult version of this trick are pistol squats. One leg is straight in front of you and put the foot on the heel. The next trick will be a jump – Waltz Jump. I recommend this trick for more experienced roller
skaters. If you want me to teach you some tricks on ice, please leave me a comment in this video. And now I will show you how to do waltz jump. You start from this position. Put your foot on tiptoes, stand in a T stop position and than you just jump… …and landing. Kick your leg up in the air in front of you and immediately bring your other foot over and extend it behind you.
